Live from the King of Hearts - The crowd loved Ray. There was a friend of Rays who would come religiously to the shows and was a kind of manager or tried to get us gigs. Peter? (don't remember) and Danny Marks - she used to love Ray and lived upstairs from him.

Once I crashed at his place and he had nothing in the fridge except liver. He said, Well, there's always liver for breakfast'. That became a saying with us when the chips were down we would look at each other and say..'Oh well, there's always liver for breakfast'.

I lost touch with Ray over the years. He moved back to Windsor and I eventually left Canada and moved to Israel. Twenty years later, I somehow got his phone number and called out of the blue. I said ' Hi, I have a delivery for liver for Ray Baillargeon'. Without missing a beat he said. 'Ya I ordered that liver for breakfast. How long will it take to get here?' Ronnie! Ray! etc...
